With all the Full Moon & Eclipse energies it can feel like an energetic see-saw. The trick is to keep a level playing field.
I find this easier to do if you take a few minutes and don't scrimp on your meditation practice
Energies are coming in thick & fast through the crown chakra, so you will need to balance by drawing energy up from the crystalline grids of mother earth.
Bringing the energy up through the feet chakras through your energy field to the heart chakra to mingle with the energies coming down (best done outside barefoot!)
Deep breath hold and release for the count of 5 … x 5 times
Center yourself, expand your aura, breathe deep. Give it a few minutes, drink water then go about your day
